He is a pleasure to be around, is very good out hacking and goes alone or in company. Has previoursly been in a riding school and taught many people to ride. I have ridden him in the school without his bridle and saddle, only a stirrup leather as a neck strap. Ridden on hacks alone all through the recent storm and didnt put a foot wrong. Also took him around a local sponsored ride in a snaffle less than a month after buying him. Rides and leads well, and good with traffic and in open spaces - not strong or silly
He has never been a massive fan of jumping but was happy doing small jumps in the school and popping the odd log on a hack or jump on a sponsored ride.
He is by no means a world beater but will give anyone the world of confidence as he has for me. I've got plenty of videos from behind his ears that I can send on request.
Good for vet, Farrier (currently barefoot and in boots but was previously shod all round) and dentist. Little bit nervous for vet and dentist so prefers to see them outside his stable. Never needed sedation for either just a kind person who is willing to work with him.
