Beaconfield offers exceptional facilities for the equestrian family or running an equestrian business. The principle residence offers very generous accommodation with four reception rooms and six bedrooms with a further kitchen/breakfast room and utility and three bathrooms. Gardens sit to the front of the house overlooking the paddocks and driveway parking at the rear.
The equestrian facilities enjoy their own tarmac drive to all the buildings which include 16 stables housed in two barns, agricultural barn with lorry parking, horse walker and a superb indoor school. There is also a mobile home situated adjacent to the indoor school, this has not been inhabited for several years but can obviously be replaced for a new mobile home providing secondary accommodation. The paddocks are all level, on a loamy soil base and surround the property. The property boundary is secure and there is gated access from the road.
