She is available for loan due to the owners illness. Based in Northumberland. Ellie isn't a novice ride but she isn't dangerous either, just stubborn as a mare can be. When she has built trust with a rider she becomes a best friend. She has lovely safe paces and enjoys what ever she is asked to do. She has done the odd days hunting this season and enjoys jumping.
She can either stay at the current yard or can move depending on location (must stay in the north east).
She will suit someone who wants to develop a relationship and enjoy caring for a horse. She is a diva so needs an experienced hand and someone who will tell her no when she is taking things too far.
She will suit both a happy hacker home or someone who wishes to do low level show jumping or hunting.
She will not suit a large livery yard as she can turn unsettled when to many things are going on- this is only due to living on a farm currently with one other horse.
She will live out (rugged), will be stabled, is good to catch and shoe. She can be stroppy with the clippers but if you are experienced enough she will let you do it. She is good for the dentist but did need to be sedated the last time due to one sharp tooth (se hasn't need sedated before) and will load a box or trailer.
This is a hard decision for the owner but this mare aims to please.
