Equi-Trek have now obtained full European Type Approval for ‘Motorcaravan’ (or Leisure Vehicle ‘LV’) status on our Evolution model. This will benefit the private owner in many ways, including no speed limiter, no tachograph, no MOT for the first 3 years from registration and the ability to legally use the third lane of the motorway. Please note this legislation applies exclusively to United Kingdom and is correct as at the time of publication. It is possible that the legislation may differ throughout the rest of Europe. It is the operator’s responsibility to check and comply with local law. Selecting this option will most likely result in an increase in registration fee and road tax.
