Motorcyclist Was Stamped To Death By A Horse He Hit In Turkey
A man has been killed by a horse that escaped his owner and collided with a motorcyclist on the road.
In southeast Turkey, a motorcyclist from Gaziantep has been trampled to death by a horse he collided with on the road.
The media reported that the 25-year-old driver known as Behiç Ş. Was riding his motorcycle on the 23 November in the Oğuzeli district when a horse escaped its owner and ran out on to the road.
The 25-year-old man was unable to avoid the collision with the horse and knocked him to the ground.
Following the collision, the horse quickly stood up and stamped over the rider who was still laying injured in the road.
Behiç Ş was spotted and helped by passers-by who quickly got him to hospital. He suffered from his injuries for a further 7 days in hospital before passing away on November 30th.
The Turkish local media reports say that the police investigation is still ongoing as the owner of the horse has not yet been bought into custody.
