Want to make your last day at work more memorable, why not ride your horse to the office?
A Software Engineer from Bengaluru wanted to make his last day at work more interesting than all the rest, so he decided to ride his horse to the office.
He rode his horse to work with a sign saying 'last working day as a software engineer’. He gained so much attention from passers-by and other commuters, taking pictures and videos, he quickly became an internet sensation.
Verma, the Software Engineer has lived in Bengaluru for 8 years and was fed up with the extremely heavy traffic in the city, therefore chose to ride his horse to work in protest, along the Intermediate Ring Road.
"I have been staying in Bengaluru for the past eight years, and I am fed up of the bottlenecks and air pollution. This city is overcrowded, and too many vehicles on its roads lead to traffic jams every day. In fact, I learnt horse riding because of the traffic headache,"
Verma claims to have learnt how to ride a month ago to makes sure that he got to work on time. It’s a great way to avoid the rush hour traffic.
Verma, who hails from Rajasthan, has also vowed to quit the world of software engineering. He feels that techies in India are being exploited by rich multinational companies (MNCs).
