If you don't have the financial means but do have the know-how then I have a cracking little mare full of potential she would make a smashing little driving pony. What she needs is a person who is knowledgeable, confident and has proven ability at bringing a pony on. What I am offering in return is - you don't have to pay anything , it doesn't have to be everyday though most days while your working with her. She is to stay where she is, and she will be yours to ride/drive/show after that. I have storage for a trap, personally I think she will make the perfect driving pony. All you literally have to do is work with her no poo picking nothing. Are you out there??
