Beautiful Lipizzaner Gelding

A great opportunity to purchase a lovely gelding, Lance. Lancelot is a well mannered gelding who has been an absolute gent to do. He takes up a riders leg incredibly well, I’m 6ft and have been riding him regularly. My dad at 6ft2 has also hacked him out.

He has 3 beautiful bold paces, he has been used predominantly for hacking but I have made a start on his schooling work and he has improved very quickly. He has a naturally high and proud head carriage which give him a beautiful presence. He’s also happy to pop a small fence. Lance recently attended his first pole work clinic where he behaved very well, he was not fazed by any of the pole work exercises and produced some lovey work.

Lance has hacked alone & in company, he’s happy to take the lead or stay behind in a group. I have passed cyclists, dog walkers & general traffic without any issues.

Lance could suit a range of jobs. From a happy hacker to someone that would enjoy continuing to develop his schooling towards some competitive work.

Lance is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne where he can be viewed at our home with good facilities available.
