The Ultimate Equestrian Christmas Gift Guide 2023: Unwrap Joy for Horse Lovers!
Equestrian Advice & Guides All Disciplines
Due to my change in circumstance and yard with no facilities I have decided to part with my lovely girl. I am hoping to give someone the chance for a quality low mileage horse at a good price. Well bred, teeth and vaccinations done. Solid feet. Never sick or sorry.
I’ve had her 4 years, she’s perfect and loving and wants a best friend. She lives in or out - currently out with my retired 2.
Out of jumbo the showjumper she is put together well and is a dream to ride. She hunted 4 years ago, she show jumped at Alnwick Ford 3 years ago and placed out of 30 people. She is soft mouthed and responsive with good education. She hacks off road all day long alone and in company. Not fizzy but can jog with excitement but not badly and not all the time - usually with a hot bottom rider. She’s smart. A novice has learnt to ride on her but she is adapatable to any rider. She is not a novice horse overall in my opinion as she’s too good for that, but that’s honesty not negative.
She is not a novice hack - but she has hacked alone and in company all summer and gets better the more she does. She just gets anxious with speedy cars but a calm rider manages that. She is 99% with others - just the odd huge thing that she struggles with but her response is honest and there has never been an accident however I need to be honest.
She has been a slow loader when not travelled regularly. Not reactive just stubborn. She’s been out loads with me but it’s something I want to mention. She travels like a dream and stands at shows.
I have no trial facilities. I have a recent video of her being ridden, I have pictures of her as a baby, and she’s team chased with an 11 year riding her. Open to vetting and everything but also consider unseen.
Happy to have a chat with anyone genuine.
