- Forward going
- Ultimate allrounder

Bonnie is a 15.1hh 2012 skewbald mare, she has a kind personality - not marish in the slightest and loves nothing more than fuss and attention. She is super to handle in all ways, good to catch, groom and picks up all her feet; she stands quietly for the farrier & is gentle to lead around.

Bonnie has no lumps, bumps, sarcoids, vices (stable or ridden), or health issues. She is a very good doer and is up to date with teeth, back and vaccinations.

To ride bonnie is forward going, she is keen and ready to get on with the job but she’s not strong or silly, she’s always in a snaffle. She would NOT suit a novice or beginner rider (she has had children on her being lead round no issue). She is by no means a kick a long or a ploddy cob, that said she is very safe and has great brakes; she will also ride completely off the voice.

Bonnie has 3 balanced paces, she’s learning to work in correctly and enjoys her schooling. She recently went to her first dressage competition and came home with a win! She is easy off the leg and is working at a prelim level currently.

Bonnie loves jumping - she’s a point and shoot type, she will do the rest. I’ve free schooled her over 1m and she’s jumping around 80cm courses currently under saddle with ease, she is not phased by coloured poles or XC style fences. She has been on forest rides and to the beach and adores having a gallop.

Bonnie is very good to hack and certainly enjoys it, she is not phased by traffic or large vehicles. She is good in open spaces and she will go out in company or alone.

Bonnie would suit a busy lifestyle such as a PC/RC home. She is the sort that thrives off of work so she wouldn’t suit someone wanting to pull her out the field on a Sunday to go for a quiet hack. She wants to be doing something and the busier her workload is the better she goes. On her worst day bonnie would simply be fresh (if you gave her the week off for example) but nothing a good lunge won’t rectify before climbing on board.

Bonnie loads and travels well and is golden to clip/bath. She is also available for a weeks trial.
