Baloo is a beautiful gentle giant. He is very well mannered and easy to handle. He is great with the vet and is completely unfazed by clippers or bathing etc. He stands perfectly for the farrier as long as he is cold shoed. His flatwork is spectacular, he has been ridden by a novice 16year old girl for over a year and has never put a foot wrong. He has an abundance of jumping ability with a massive amount of scope but would need some work to go round a showjumping course which is the only reason he is for sale. He loves working hunter style fences and has been to many arena hires, clinics, camps and shows and he behaves like a true gentleman from start to finish. He loads and travels well. Due to his massive size I would say he would be most suited to a competent rider who is looking for a hunter type, HOYs prospect or a bit of everything because with his beautiful looks, excellent manners and abundance of ability I know he has the potential to go far.
