He is a 16.1, 7 year old TB called Ace. He is very confident in his environment and in his pasture, he is always the first to come up and say hi and is does like a cuddle. In the field he is a gentle, VERY SAFE, easily movable giant. He is alone apart from some sheep and is very happy being left or being with someone else, he usually just ignores them.
I would advise that he stays an unridden companion, ridden he is very many unpredictable features that make him too unsafe to ride. He was flat racer and started as a yearling and don't think mentally ever recovered from it, he is now 7 and as it may seem unfair to give him an early retirement I do not feel comfortable selling him as a ridden horse. He can bronk, he bolts, he naps and can get explosive and I personally do not find that pleasurable. I have only done natural horsemanship with him so he is halter trained and i spent a lot of time on the ground with him. It has done tremendous things to help him, but I don't really have the love for him that i would have liked to have had. I do not mind if he goes to a non natural home, I would just like him to be a loved companion.
I would love him to be a companion and enjoy the rest of his life, he is vaccinated and wormed, travels very well and is good for farrier ( although he is un shod as of 2 months ago and doing very well ).
