15.2 Chestnut Mare Project

This is a genuinely sad sale of our Beautiful Rose. Rose is a 3 (turning 4) year old chestnut thoroughbred mare. Rose came over from Ireland in May and she has come on in leaps and bounds. We started slowly with her and gave her time to mature and fill out and then slowly started getting on board. My 14 year old daughter has ridden her in the school over the past few weeks and she is such an honest horse and hasn’t put a foot wrong. Sadly she has grown too big for my daughter as she is still at an age where she can compete in 148cm and unfortunately she feels Rose is too big for her. Rose is genuine in all ways. She is good on the ground, good in the stable, good for farrier and proving to be good in the school. She is been sold as a project as she is still young and will need someone who is willing to school her and bring her on slowly. She is a blank canvass and I really think she would excel in all disciplines due to her honest nature and her attitude to always wanting to please. She is currently stabled at night and goes out during the day. She is becoming wasted with us as although my daughter idolises her, she feels she is too big so needs to go to a 5* home where she will make someone an amazing horse.
