Equestrian Advice & Guides Beginners Advice
Archie is not a novice ride and will spook- therefore we would like him to go to a knowledgable home who can put time into him. He is well schooled with three balanced paces. He will do poles\ jump with a confident rider but it isn’t something he has done much of. He is very sweet on the ground and has been handled solely by my daughter- fine to clip/shoe and very easy to keep (would live off fresh air!)
He has hacked out alone and in company but he does prefer company. He has seen some traffic with no issues.
Archie has immaculate breeding ,he is by Maylands Sid who won the Royal Welsh Show, was an Olympia finalist and was in the 2004 London Harness Parade- this may be something Archie could persue.
He would suit a dressage/ showing home or someone just looking to enjoy hacking out- he could jump with somebody confident.
He passed a 5* vetting in May 2021 and we have got all records of the report. He is up to date with his vaccines and teeth and has never been lame. We know his full history and am in contact with his breeder. We are only his second home.
