Charlie has been a part of our family for the past couple of years, he has bought us lots of love and laughter. He has suited all of the kids at one point, originally bought for my daughter to learn the ropes of the competition world he has taught her so much and so well and she has ultimately just outgrown him. He has since stepped up for my youngest son to take the ride, unfortunately we are all only allowed 1 pony each!! And he already has his pony.
He is a gem out XC and is very level headed, in front or behind or in the middle of a group. Lots of wins and placing SJ, and turns on a sixpence. He would mark up fantastically in a dressage test, and would dominate PC, NSEA, etc! He is a great pony to hack out with and is easy on the road and woodland.
He is fantastic with the farrier, to plait, groom, tack up, load, clip, fuss, get on, etc. He has been turned out with the other ponies, and is fine with them all.
Unfortunately he does crib a little, he can wear a collar. This has no reflection what so ever on his attitude nor his work nor has it ever caused a problem in all the time he has been with us. He is a very simple, what you see is what you get, guy.
Only the very best of homes for such a special, well loved, part of our family. Read more
