For sale through absolute no fault of her own; I have a 4 month old baby and sadly don't have the time to give her as much attention as I would like. She is a pony that thrives off of work and competition and I feel it's unfair for me to keep her to just school once a week when she has so much more to give. I am devastated to have come to this decision- she is my best (four legged) friend!14.1hh, 14yo, ISH X. Full history known. In the two years I've had Puzzle we have done a bit of everything together; show jumping, hunter trials, showing, dressage, arena eventing, fun rides. Has done some unaff eventing in the past. Competed with me up to 80cm and jumped up to 1m5 at home but this is purely due to my lack of confidence; she will jump absolutely everything and anything she LOVES her jumping and could easily compete to a higher level than what I have done with her. Has come home with a red rosette every time we've been out; like I said, she really loves her job. Will hack out alone or in company although would need a confident rider to give her confidence if she was to go alone. Has been ridden by novice riders and on the lead rein and is happy enough to do this however I would say she would be more suited to a competive home with a teenager or small adult who is a competent rider as she is very sharp and very forward, just wants to get on with her job and can be very keen when jumping.
She is easy to sort on the ground, good for the farrier, dentist and vet; recently had her teeth done last month. Perfect to clip. She can get attached to other horses very quickly so this is something to bare in mind and she is a pony that tends to like routine. Will load perfectly on a box or trailer with another horse, can sometimes be a little hesitant and require a lunge rope if on her own.
