14.1h Connie mare 5 years
3 paces. Hacks with company. Good in open spaces. Good to trim and load. (Barefoot) i got ruby with the intention of loaning her but the girl who started loaning her was Not treating her properly so I have taken her back. I knew I would never be looking after ruby full time as I don’t have the time due to work but I couldn’t leave her where she was when I saw her advertised on Facebook hence her purchase.
Ruby is a fidget to get on if left unridden but this is a babyish thing. She tries hard to please and can crank up the gears to jump when asked. She’s not a novice ride due to her age and still being green.
She comes with her Bates saddle and cavallo boots for hacking, her Wardrobe and all advice needed regarding her hooves as she has the Connie hoof genetic issue. This never causes her to go lame, it just means she needs trims every 4 weeks. Hoof hardener applied to clean hooves and black Kevin and bacon before going in the field I t’s an easy, non expensive daily routine, much the same as putting hoof oil on in the summer but I know a lot are put off by it. If she was a lame unrideable horse I would not be selling her with the risk of being sued!
If you would like to meet her, try her and ask any questions then get in contact
