Our beloved 13.2hh gelding Welsh X who is ready for his next adventure. At 20 years old, he’s been the perfect partner for countless beginners, instilling confidence and making riding fun and safe. He’s also got enough spark for a more experienced rider to continue progressing, making him a versatile and invaluable all-rounder.

Having spent his years teaching and delighting riders at our equestrian centre, it’s time for him to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed chapter. He would thrive in an experienced loving family home where he can still be active but at a gentler pace—perfect for hacking, pony club, or just some fun in the school.

Good in all ways—hacks alone or in company, good with farrier & loading. He’s ready to continue being the ultimate confidence-giver while enjoying a well-deserved semi-retirement.
