"Rio" Bay Gelding Pony Club Pony

A truly cracking little pony who’ll be great for the whole family.

Rio is a full up 13.2 14 year old welsh C gelding, chunky pony so takes the leg up well.

A lovely pony to ride, not to forward or lazy, snaffle mouthed. Wouldn’t be for a total novice, but someone looking to improve on a pony that isn’t sharp or silly.

His got a lovely walk trot & canter, his a bit unfit but that will come round quick enough with the warmer weather.

His got a lovely little jump on him too. I’d guess his not done lots & lots of jumping however his wiling & again with fitness comes more ability to do more.

Good hacking pony too, doesn’t seem to be fussed if his alone or in company. His just a good pony for the whole family to do whatever they’d like.

Good to handle, lead, load, travel, in the field & out. No vices or health issues. He can get a little happy with he sees a new horse & think his a big boy walking around trying to show that his the ‘daddy’ around here but I’d say that’s his only ‘but’ could do with a more confident handler & not a 7 year old tiny child, in new surroundings.
