"MYAmor Blantondale" Bay Gelding Eventer

Indie's Sire, Lestingdale is by the awesome Glamourdale who has just won Bronze Individual and Team Medals at the Paris Olympics (Dressage) for GB, with an impressive 88.91% for their amazing Freestyle.

His Dam, Gretta-Rose is by Proclamation, who is also the Dam Sire of Grade 2 AES licensed stallion Sais Whinning Hand (SJ/Eventing). There are three other horses with Proclamation as their Dam Sire on the British Breeders Database, all of whom received good Gold Eventing Futurities (one at 8.9, so just missing Elite).

Indie is a Warmblood x TB, currently standing at 15hh, expected to make approximately 16.2/3hh.

He is a beautiful sporty type with a strong body, straight correct movement, good uphill trot with great hind leg action in all paces, he has excellent conformation, and should excel in any field, but particularly in eventing and dressage due to the combined talents of his parents.

He has already taken our menagerie of animals and farm machinery in his stride. Indie's bravery and manners are a perfect starting point for further education, and his loving nature will make him a firm yard favourite. Every professional that has dealt with him has commented on his good manners and amenable temperament.

He didn't put a foot wrong on his first outing for The British Breeding Futurity, which was 2 hours away, and had lots of scary things, including a big indoor school and flower pots. The only indication that it was all a bit scary was a small amount of tension in his walk and some "what's going on" facial expressions, otherwise, he took comfort from me and did as he was asked without question.

He really is the most lovely natured horse, which combined with natural ability, should make him an ideal partner for the future.

Sire: Lestingdale (by Glamourdale - Lottie Fry's ride and double bronze medal winner for 2024 Olympics), Warmblood Stallion. Lestingdale is currently being trained by Gareth Hughes, International Dressage Rider. Gareth was part of the Silver Medal Winning Team at 2022 World Championships - Lestingdale is expected to follow in his father's footsteps.

Dam: Gretta-Rose - a lovely Thoroughbred mare by Proclamation. She has raced under rules and has point to pointed. She moves nicely and has a lovely scopey jump, making a lovely shape over a fence. Both parents are exceptionally good natured, which has certainly been passed onto him.
