He leads, ties up, loads, travels, and stands for the farrier with no issue. I have slowly started his in-hand work. He will comfortably wear a rug, roller, and has been lightly bitted. I taught him to line up to the mounting block in under 10 minutes, very intelligent!
He has lived out with mares and geldings with no issues, is usually quite low in the pecking order. I have found he likes other horses, but is equally happy to be on his own either in the stable or in the field.
Sadly, due to other commitments, I don’t have the time to give this beautifully marked boy what he needs. He is a pleasure to be around and is very affectionate, however no novices as he is young.
