Everybody meet Charlie, aka Cast No Shadow.
Charlie is a rising 3 year old Gypsy cob, currently standing at just under 12hh on the stick. (I would say roughly to make just under 13hh, maybe slightly over) He's a lovely boy who thrives off affectionate! I've owned Charlie for nearly a year now, so I can tell you everything there is to know about this pony.
He's lead off my other horses, many times and is used to this by now. He's seen all types of traffic, and doesn't phase him at all. He's as bomb proof as they come. Even plastic bags don't scare him!????????
He's definitely a yard favourite, and we are all going to miss him dearly. But we just don't currently have the time for him, with me being a student and having another horse already!
I've spent the past year just doing little things with Charlie, he's been bitted, long reined, lightly backed. He's fantastic with all of this, and doesn't bat an eye lid. He follows voice cues perfectly too!
He's had his second load of vaccines so due around March time. He recently had his feet trimmed, great and stands for the farrier.
He's also up to date with the dentist, only having it a few weeks ago. He was perfect, stood without a problem for his first ever dentist visit!
He recently had physio out to check him all over, and she said there wasn't any problem with him at all, happy to give a reference from her if needed.
Charlie came in a trailer when we got him, and he was absolutely fantastic.
