To keep your EquiCloth's at their best;
After use rinse in clean water or better still wash them in warm soapy water and rinse well. The warm water opens up the fibres, allowing them to release the locked in dirt. The cloths can also be washed in a machine at temperatures of up to 50 deg C. If drying using a dryer a low heat must be used. No fabric softeners of any kind should be used as the chemicals clog up the microfibres, making them less effective. Do not use bleach as it corrodes the fibres. Cloths should not be ironed. During the first wash the water may become discoloured due to residual dye, this is quite normal but it is best to wash separately the first time.

Having been given the opportunity to try out some shampoos timing could not have been better to try out these sponges. These sponges certainly made my life easier to bathe my horse. Having the little handle pouch really helped when scrubbing legs and getting under the belly are. As my gelding is funny with fly sprays I've not used the smaller pad as i plan to use this to apply sprays throughout the summer. A small simple invention that once used you can't live without. Great value for money at £4 for a double pack with a choice of 3 colours.
