Laura Renwick wins Italian Grand Prix

Team GBR's Laura Renwick snatched the top spot in Sunday’s Italian Grand Prix, held at the Pinerolo CSI 2* International Show.

Essex-based Laura rode Oz de Breve, a horse she has been producing for a number of years. With eight riders making it though to the jump, Laura had to put her foot down to be in with a chance of winning.

Doing exactly this Laura and Oz de Breve produced an unbeatable clear in a time of 40.09 seconds to take the win with ease.

The nine-year-old chestnut gelding is owned by Lady Pauline Harris and Lady Pauline Kirkham and has been competing in many top International Shows throughout 2011. The combinational were also a member of the Nations Cup team that went out to Lisbon and came equal third.
