Jean Genies have a darker side!

Fuller Fillies’ Jean Genie Jodhpurs and Riding Jeans are now also available in black. “Our Jean Genies have been so popular in blue that when we looked to expand our range, it made sense to add a black colourway to this great style,” says Suzanne Wild, Designer and Managing Director at Fuller Fillies.

“We found that our ladies really loved the stretchy fabric the Jean Genies are made from and, with the Bootleg Riding Jeans in particular, they are worn for more than just riding, so having another option seemed like a good idea.” Both styles are made from a 95% cotton 5% Lycra mix, making them comfortable and stretchy. They have wide elastic waistbands and the kind of detail you’d see on a pair or jeans, such as metal studs and contrast colour stitching.

“Our Bootleg Jean Genie Riding Jeans have become a real hit with busy ladies as they are ideal for riding, but they don’t look like traditional jods, so they fit right in at the supermarket, collecting the kids from school and walking the dog,” say Suzanne.

The bootleg design gently tapers away from the knees to balance out larger hips and thighs, whereas the traditional jodhpur design is cut to fit and flatter the larger lady rider, just like all other items in the Fuller Fillies range. Jean Genie Jodhpurs are available in 30”-40” waist in regular or long leg lengths and retail at £47.95. Bootleg Jean Genie Riding Jeans are available in the same sizes and retail at £49.96. Both styles are available in blue and black.
