Horse saved by men battling Australian floods

As the floods worsen in Queensland, Australia this week horses and ponies have been left to fend for themselves in raging waters. 

While some horses and ponies may not be able to withstand the conditions, the video below shows men risking their lives to help out a horse that was clearly struggling in the strong currents. 

Among the footage showing the devastation caused by the flooding, countless horses have been seen swimming in the effort to survive.

Several people have been confirmed dead, while many others remain missing as the floods continue in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
