‘Mini Mayhem’ at horse charity this Easter

‘Mini Mayhem’ at horse charity this Easter
There will be ‘mini mayhem’ at one leading international horse charity this Easter.

World Horse Welfare is holding their annual Easter Fun Day at their Hall Farm Rehoming Centre on Wednesday 20 April 2011.

The event is jam-packed full of fun things for the family to enjoy such as: - tours of the yard, tractor trailer rides, pony grooming, competitions and demonstrations including the famous Shetland pony display ‘mini mayhem’ which was performed at last year’s Badminton Horse Trials.

Everyone is welcome to come along to the free event in Snetterton, Norfolk between 10am and 4pm.

For further information please call Visitor Centre Officer Maxine Langley on 01953 499100 or 07801 880201 or visit www.worldhorsewelfare.org/information/news-and-events.

World Horse Welfare is also asking for members of the public to support their recently launched ‘No Flies on Me’ appeal.  People coming along to the Easter Fun Day can bring along any new halter fly fringes which the charity will then send to help working horses who suffer with eye sores due to biting insects in Honduras.

For more details on how to donate and where to send your halter fly fringes please visit
