Advice needed - riding holidays for singles

Please could someone advise me where I could go on a riding holiday in UK or Europe where can muck in and look after the horses, ride nice horses, progress my riding but meet like minded people that can socialise with in the evenings?

Don't want to be surround by couples or teenagers (no offence) I am 31 and single but love horse riding and want to enjoy a week of riding in March to escape rat race of London.

I know you said in the UK or Europe but.. I'm going on a working riding holiday in South Africa where you're pretty much involved in the day to day running of a ranch/trekking centre. Its aimed at any level of rider and you can go for short breaks or for up to 6 weeks.
