harley is bein such a nightmare at the moment! hes throwin the odd couple of bucks in tryin to get me off! hes bein so stubborn!! also, when goin into canter he will pull me .. i cant explain really wat i mean.. instead of canterin round the whole school, he will pull me and canter a half way round the school, hes quiet strong, only in canter tho! in walk and trot hes fine but then canterin he will throw the odd buck in and pull you its really annoyin. after uv done a canter he gets quite hyped.. like he'll do a mega fast all over the place trot. but if u dont canter him hes fine hes good as gold, u cud easily put a five yr old on him and hes fine he'll do as u say, pop a jump etc, its jus in canter he messes up!! i dunno wht to do? he is still quite young hes 5, he was in a snaffle but now in a fulmer, i may try him back in the snaffle tho.. maybe the bit pulls to much on his mouth n fightin agaisnt it? i dont no? any ideas any help greatly appriciated :D merci xx

well he throws the odd buck in when goin into canter, not so much now but its so fustrating because he gets so strong in canter and i cant bring him back into trot that easily. its nota nice controlled canter either its like a fast canter, id so love to now how to do the lovely slow dressage canter!! when free schoolin him he canters fine and will happily canter round the hole school but when im on him he rushes and skips corners!!
