R.I.P SWEET LITTLE ALICE

As some of you know from my post's on the pet section about Alice!

Just to let you know that Alice past away naturally at home on Saturday night with all of us there with her, it was very quick and pain free for her, she just had her dinner and was sitting on the sofa and within that minute she had gone.
We think she may of had a Heart attack.
She will be missed very much ,but i'm glad she went this way, as we would of had to call the vet soon as her cancer growth was starting too get big and would of felt that i had betrayed her(if you know what i mean) She had a nice Christmas with us and i shared my shortbread with her and other goodies:)
She is now buried out side by my stable yard (as i'm there most of the time)
I feel very lucky and blessed too of had a lovely dog for nearly 15 years like Alice.

its better off them going at home, but sadley for us our puppie bruce got tuck to the vets and died there:crying:. R.I.P alice

Yes i'm okay, but it will take time, my other dog is very quite at the moment:)

I am sorry you lost her at least she went peacefully at home with peole who loved her. Huge (((Hugs))).

RIP Alice - she looked a lovely little dog. Hugs and thinking of you. At least you have fond final memories of her and like you say she didnt need the trauma of going to the vet. xxx

What a sweet looking little dog :crying:

MJB i'm really sad that Alice has gone. But it's kinda nice that she went suddenly at home and she knew nothing about it. I know you'll miss her lots, but you certainly had your moneys worth out of that dog with 15 years of fun :)

aww she was absolutely stunning its nice to know you had many many years with her, my dog was PTS in November he was nearly 17 yo in april and for a dalmation thats fab i hope they all know how much we loved them its funny how they become part of the family i hope shes still by your side in some ways if you know what i mean :)

Thanks guys for your kind words, it does mean a lot to me :) and i think it help's the pain that i'm going through:crying:
TH yes i was very lucky to of had her for nearly 15 years, she was a real odd ball of a dog but everybody who met her fell in love with her (i think it was those big brown eye's, got you all the time) Bless her.

RIP little Alice, what a lovely little dog she was, i have a big fat tear rolling down my face reading your post.

Remember the good times and try to think of the life you gave her, she was one very lucky dog.
