I always cook everything from fresh but this year I've bought some frozen ones :shock:

Because my frying pan met an untimely death when it connected with Mr Moo's head

Nah, seriously, I refuse to have a frying pan in the house, it would encourage me to fry everything when grilling is so much healthier!! I will however be having Haagen Dazs Cookie Dough Ice-cream with mine :twisted:

because that is really healthy

I was naughty too Moo and got the 'packet' ones - it says "makes 8 pancakes" errrr not a chance! :lol:

I made 4 fat ones LOL and I had syrup on mine - sooooooooooo sickly :lol:

"Eat what you like but don't swallow" was Harry Seecombe's advice on diets. I had currants, sugar and lemon juice on mine. I am going to make some with Sweet Chilli on to see how that works out. :twisted:

Mrs. Moo,
Just spent the last hour making (and eating) them. Absolutely delicious. All the others were a bit iffy about sweet chilli on pancakes!! But after one taste, they were all queuing up for more. I had to make 3 extra lots of batter. It did not seem to matter that the batter had no time to stand.

A brilliant flavour and it stuck to the pancake perfectly for tossing (I can imagine what Sparkle is thinking now) and just yummy. I imagine that it has a lot less calories than sugar, syrup, icecream etc.

Just a lucky experiment I guess.
