The Uffington White Horse show takes place on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 August 2012 - the August Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday. A traditional two day country show, it features arena events, craft stalls, animal shows, historic vehicles plus much more. The 2012 Uffington White Horse show will feature a display from the Red Arrows on the Monday, but unfortunately the heavy horses will not be in attendance.  This wonderful one day event is a great day out for the whole family. You can see Medieval horse riders showing off all of their skills. There will also be equestrian vaulting, an archery demo and a costume parade. Oh, and you can also see the birds of prey which will be on display throughout the day.    This is a charity event and you can meet the Northcote horses, whilst your children play on the bouncy castle, watch the fire breathers or even have a go at archery themselves....
