Polo (Proud Apolonious) is an 11 year old 12.2 section B pony, but most all one of our family. He is wormed, vaccinated (due July 12), trimmed and has his dentist up to date. He travels well in either trailer or horsebox. Easy and cheep to keep, keeps himself and his stable clean! (border line OCD). A genuine all rounder, it would be easier to list what he has not done. At an earlier age he completed the infamous Holcombe hunt and competed in PC classes. He has competed in equitation, dressage, show jumping and even tried his hand at some polocrosse without issue. He has 3 lovely paces and is currently ridden in a gag (to suit 8 year old daughter) but can be ridden in a snaffle as he originally was. Bought in March 2011 and he was at his previous home for 6 years. He was bought for our 6/7 year old daughter at the time who was just off the lead rein, and they have come on leaps and bounds. Cracking jump, very clean and stylish, could be used as a working hunter or jumping pony (never jumps if the rider isn?t right). Equally he can still do the Lead rein/first ridden job just as well, our 5 year old son regularly has a lead rein session on him. Polo is not your typical kick along pony, has a lot of character and his personality is second to non, he always draws attention, usually when he decides to do his extended trot. He can be quirky & sharp when he wants to be but is also a good fun all round pony that has always enjoyed going out and new challenges. No health issues and fully passported. Would suit a confident rider looking to take their riding up a level or just to go out and have a lot of fun with a super pony.
