We have owned Mini for 5 years, she is such a sweet mare never sick or sorry, excellent with farrier, dentist, physio, saddle fitter etc loads and travels in anything as quiet as a mouse, hacks in heavy traffic prefers company. She lives in or out with mares or Geldings or both. Can leave in field/stable while all her mates go out she is comfortable in her own skin. Has won many rosettes in hand at local shows, done some jumping competitions. With a confident rider would easily win jump offs she is very fast. Has won many rosettes in dressage too and got good comments from judges. She loves jumping, never refuses anything. She has recently been XC schooling. My daughter is quite leggy and felt she looked too big for her so we bought her a 16h horse. Mini was then handed down to me but she is wasted with me as I just like a ploddy hack. Comes with a fitted ideal saddle and full wardrobe. Shod on fronts only have had her barefoot too she has good feet. Shod 22nd July 2016. Vaccinations due 18th April 2017. Dentist due Sept 2016. . She has been ridden in corn fields last year and only goes when asked has great brakes but when you let her go she likes to go, but will always stop or slow down when asked. One of the mums on the yard has hacked her out a few times who has only ever had 2 riding lessons so she is not dangerous by any means. Now the bad points would rather be honest and find her the right home than her go to the wrong people. She is not schooled brilliantly so is quite hard to ride in the school as she doesn't quite get every aid, its hard to explain as she doesn't do anything naughty she is just difficult to ride, with an experienced rider schooling her I think she would come good in no time as she is a very quick learner. She can spook at silly things for no apparent reason. So this is the reason we do not want any novices she would be ok for novices to handle but needs a confident rider. She benefits from a good lunge with the passoa every now and again.
Any questions please message me not got a very good signal for calls. No dealers or timewasters. She is a quirky little mare but very loveable. I have many photos and videos I can send if required. We would really like to keep in touch too as this is a very sad sale.I think her breeding must include some Welsh or Arab although she looks like a tb she is very hardy and sturdy and never poorly, foot sore etc she has very good feet too never looses shoes goes 8 weeks between farrier visits easily.
